ETF Investing Strategies: Buy and Hold vs. Moving Average Week Ending 11-20-09

The S&P 500 lost about 3 points for the week. Monday through Wednesday the market went up and then pulled back on Thursday and Friday. Both of our investors had a loss for the week, although they were both pretty small.
