ETF Investing Strategies: Buy and Hold vs. Moving Average Week Ending 10-16-09
Another week, another increase in the S&P 500. The S&P 500 moved up about 16 points this past trading week. The buy and hold ETF investor saw his portfolio rise $117 taking his balanced ETF portfolio to $14,813. This is a very nice 47.5% gain since we started comparing a buy and hold ETF investing strategy against a moving average strategy.
