ETF Investing Strategies: Buy and Hold vs. Moving Average Week 32

The S&P 500 jumped about 45 points this past week pretty much erasing the losses from the prior two weeks. Definitely a nice move up. The buy and hold ETF investor saw his portfolio jump a remarkable $620 taking his balanced ETF portfolio to $14,695.19. This is a 46.3% gain in the past 32 weeks.

The moving average ETF investor saw his portfolio jump $420 to $10,726.90. This represents a 6.8% gain for the past 32 weeks. If only all weeks could be like this past one.
