During this holiday shortened past week the S&P 500 gained about 20 points. The Buy and Hold ETF Investor's portfolio has again reached a new high and stands at $14,378.79 for a whopping 43% gain in the past 7 months.
The Moving Average ETF Investor is long in 9 of the 10 ETFs from the balanced ETF portfolio used for this experiment. His portfolio is also at its all time high and stands at $10,512.18 for a 4.7% gain in seven months.

I've mentioned this before but it is worth mentioning again. This is a long-term ETF investing experiment and we won't know which strategy is the better of the two until we go through several market down turns. The fact that the buy and hold investor is significantly outperforming the moving average investor means very little at this point.
