He checked the 50 day/2000 day moving averages for each of the 9 ETFs above and they all indicate to stay in. In other words, the 50 day moving average is above the 200 day moving average.
That leaves the Vanguard REIT ETF (VNQ) as the 10th ETF from the portfolio. This is a real estate trust ETF. As you can see from the chart below, the 50 day moving average is very close to crossing above the 200 day moving average but has not done so yet meaning that it is not time to buy this ETF.
