iShares Barclays Aggregate Bond (AGG)
iShares Barclays 1-3 Year Credit Bond (CSJ)
Vanguard Emerging Markets Stock ETF (VWO)
Investor B checked out the moving averages for each of the 10 ETFs for week ending 7/3/2009 and there is no change indicated, so his portfolio will remain the same for another week.
