Broken record for this week... Investor B checked out the moving averages for each of the 10 ETFs in the balanced ETF portfolio. There is no change for this week, same as last week.
He is still long in only two ETFs, the iShares Barclays Aggregate Bond (AGG) and the iShares Barclays 1-3 Year Credit Bond (CSJ). There are a couple of ETFs that are quite close to a moving average cross over.
