ETF Investing Strategies: Buy and Hold vs. Moving Average Week 17

Week 17 of the Buy and Hold vs. Moving Average ETF investing is complete. There was not much change at all this week. Investor A's (Buy and Hold investing strategy) portfolio went up about $3 this past week. Investor A's balanced portfolio of 10 ETF's is now worth $12,499.13 for a total gain of 24.4% since this experiment started 17 weeks ago.

Investor B (50 day moving average/200 day moving average ETF investing) is currently holding three of the 10 ETF's from the same balanced portfolio. His total portfolio gained about $20 for the week and stands at $10,052.83. His performance is .08%, or still basically zero thus far.

The graphical representation by week is below. I did make a change to the chart in that I will show the most recent 12 weeks of data so the chart does not get too crowded and unusable. Remeber that you can click on the graph and it will open in a bigger size making it easier to view.
