ETF Investing Strategies: Buy and Hold vs. Moving Average Week 16

Week 16 of the Buy and Hold vs. Moving Average ETF investing is over. Investor A is using the Buy and Hold strategy and his portfolio took about a $390 hit this past week. Investor A's balanced portfolio of 10 ETF's is now worth $12,496.86 for a total gain of 24.4%. The ETF portfolio dropped about 4%.

Investor B (50 day moving average/200 day moving average ETF investing) is currently holding three of the 10 ETF's from the same balanced portfolio. His total portfolio had a small gain to $10,031.78. His performance is -.1%, or basically zero thus far.
