Good Latin Stock Funds and Bad Domestic Stock Funds

I received a newsletter from Kiplinger on April 7, 2009. Included was the chart below showing the top performing Latin Stock Funds for the past 1, 3 and 5 year periods. I currently do not own any Latin Stock funds but the 5 year numbers are pretty impressive.

Also included was the worst perforing domestic stock funds for the same time periods. I don't know about you, but these seem like funds to avoid. The one year returns are staggering.
